Celebrating For 100 Years: The Evanston Fourth of July Association
Youth Art Project – 2022
Evanston 4th of July Association invites all school age youth (K thru 12) to submit July 4th themed artwork which will be placed on our website (evanston4th.org).
The Evanston 4th of July Association (EFJA) is celebrating 100 years of providing safe, fun and family friendly programs, parade, concert and fireworks to the community. This tradition has bonded the community for 100 years and we’d like you to celebrate this milestone with us through your artwork. We are an all-volunteer, non-profit group dedicated to providing the best celebration of our Nation’s Independence Day.
We welcome photos of your original hand-drawn or hand-made artwork, sculptures, wood workings or even musical compositions that can be posted on the website. There are no prizes and the property rights remain with the artist. It’s purely for art’s sake and appreciation. This is not a judged event and it is open to all students regardless of any formal training. We give you a platform and a heartfelt “Thank You” for helping us celebrate 100 years of providing Evanston’s premiere event on July 4th.

Public Art Project
The Evanston Fourth of July Association with permission from the City of Evanston sponsored a Public Art Project to coincide with their 100 year anniversary celebration. Art installations will be provided by the following artists:
