To encourage greater participation of all Evanstonians in the parade we hope you will sponsor an entry or planter for the cost $500. If you would like to build a float or organize an entry and need funding, please contact us at info@evanston4th.org.

Celebration Budget

 

Lakefront Show and Fireworks
● $35,000 funds the fireworks show
● $5000 funds the concert band at the lakefront

Parade
● Bands and Paid Performers ranges: $1000-$5000
● Jesse White Tumblers
● German Wheels
● the antique cars (Model A’s and T’s) in the parade
● Marching Bands
● $25,000 funds the appearance of all paid performers in the parade

Playground Activities
● $2000

*Partial funding of packages is accepted with reduced sponsorship rights; minimum donation of $500 to be considered a Sponsor
